ACCESSIBILITY AT EUNOIA

EUNOIA is committed to creating a website and environment that can be accessed and experienced by as many people as possible.

Last updated: September 2026

OUR STANDARD

EUNOIA is working toward accessibility in accordance with Israeli Standard 5568, Part 1, at Level AA, which incorporates the principles of the international Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG 2.0) together with Israeli-specific requirements.

Our approach focuses on clear structure, readable content, sufficient contrast, accessible navigation, meaningful text alternatives for relevant images, and compatibility with common assistive technologies.

We also aim to support access across current desktop and mobile browsers and different screen sizes.

This statement describes our ongoing accessibility efforts. It is not a representation that every page, feature, third-party service, or device combination is fully accessible at all times.

DIGITAL EXPERIENCE

The EUNOIA website includes booking and other interactive services. Some functionality may be provided through third-party platforms or embedded services.

Because these services are operated by external providers, EUNOIA cannot guarantee their accessibility or control every aspect of their technical implementation. Where an external feature creates an accessibility barrier, please contact us and we will make reasonable efforts to provide assistance or an alternative way to access the relevant information or service.

WHAT WE CONTINUE TO IMPROVE

Accessibility is not a one-time project.

As we add, change, or update content, we aim to consider accessibility as part of the process. This includes reviewing navigation, content structure, images, interactive elements, mobile presentation, and the way information is communicated.

Where an accessibility issue is identified, we will assess it and work toward an appropriate solution within a reasonable timeframe.

VISITING EUNOIA

EUNOIA is located at Queen Shlomzion Street 7, Jerusalem.

If you have an accessibility requirement relating to a visit, class, consultation, or another service, please contact us before your arrival. This allows us to understand your needs and determine what assistance or reasonable accommodation may be available.

Website accessibility and physical accessibility are separate considerations. This statement does not represent that every part of the physical premises or every service is fully accessible.

IF SOMETHING IS NOT WORKING

If you encounter difficulty accessing information, navigating the website, making a booking, or using any part of our digital service, we want to know.

Please tell us what you were trying to access, what prevented you from doing so, and, where relevant, the device or assistive technology you were using. This information helps us investigate the issue and improve the experience.

Email: L_7aj@hotmail.com
Phone: +972 54 266 6732

We will review accessibility requests with care and make reasonable efforts to respond and assist.

AN ONGOING COMMITMENT

EUNOIA is designed around removing unnecessary noise.

That principle applies to accessibility too.

We will continue to refine the website and our services so that more people can access the information, make use of our services, and experience EUNOIA with as little friction as possible.
