YOUR EUNOIA EXPERIENCE
Every EUNOIA experience begins with the same expectation: arrive with intention.
Classes are booked in advance through the website. Private training and consultations are arranged by appointment.
For private training and consultations, we begin with a conversation about your goals, training history, schedule, and expectations. This allows the experience to be shaped around you rather than forcing you into a predetermined format.
Our studio and gym spaces are deliberately managed to preserve the quality of the environment, regardless of how you train with us.
RESPECT THE SPACE
Please arrive 10–15 minutes before your scheduled class, private training session, or consultation. This gives you time to check in, prepare, and arrive properly.
For classes, the studio remains open for up to five minutes after the scheduled start time to accommodate late arrivals. After five minutes, the doors close and entry is no longer permitted. This protects the flow of the class and the experience of those already training.
For private training and consultations, late arrival may be accommodated at the discretion of your coach. Your session will still end at its scheduled time; however, and no extension, credit, refund, or other compensation will be provided for time lost due to late arrival.
Phones should remain silent while you are in training or consultation. Calls, interruptions, filming, and behaviour that disrupts the experience of others are not appropriate within the space.
The standard is simple: respect the space, respect the coaches, and respect the people around you.

We aim to serve the right people well.
TRAINING & HEALTH
Physical training carries inherent risk, including boxing, strength and conditioning, and sculpt.
By participating in a class or private training session, you confirm that you are physically able to participate and accept responsibility for the risks associated with physical training.
If you have an injury, medical condition, are pregnant, or have any health concern that may affect your participation, consult your physician before training and inform your coach before your session.
Where medical clearance is required, written clearance from a licensed physician must be provided before participation.
Private consultations do not replace medical diagnosis or treatment.
CANCELLATIONS
A place at EUNOIA is reserved for you—and, in private training, your coach's time is reserved specifically for you.
Class cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time to retain your credit.
The same notice period applies to private training and consultations unless different terms have been agreed in advance.
Late cancellations and no-shows may result in the loss of the session credit.
MEMBERSHIP & PAYMENTS
Prices are listed in New Israeli Shekels (₪).
Classes, private training, consultations, memberships, and class packs are paid through our booking platform or directly at the studio.
Memberships are personal and non-transferable. They may not be shared, assigned, or transferred to another person.
Membership and payment details must remain current. Prices and terms may change for future purchases with appropriate notice.
OUR TERMS
By booking a class, private training session, private consultation, purchasing a membership or class pack, or otherwise using EUNOIA services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
EUNOIA may modify schedules, substitute coaches, or cancel sessions when necessary. We will provide as much notice as reasonably possible.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Exclusive jurisdiction lies with the competent courts in Jerusalem.
The Terms & Conditions in effect at the time of your booking govern that booking.
OUR CONTENT
Everything created for EUNOIA—the name, identity, writing, photography, graphics, logos, and other content—is protected by applicable intellectual property laws and belongs to EUNOIA or its licensors.
